US Markets
US Markets ended higher on Monday.Dow Jones industrial average was up 405 points,up 3.90 percent, to 10,785 . The Standard & Poor's 500 index ended higher at 1,160. The tech-heavy Nasdaq composite index ended higher to settle 2,375 .
