European Stocks Ended lower
European Markets ended lower on Tuesday.Britain's FTSE 100 index ended down 0.67 percent down 38 points to 5,672,Germany's DAX ended down 0.23 percent down 14 points to 6,142,France's CAC 40 ended down 0.33 percent at 3,987 .
Commodities
Crude oil was down 6 cents to trade at $82.31 a barrel.Gold settle at $1,107 an ounce.
